Vehicle Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every van hired from Van Hire Portsmouth. Please read them before your hire and call us on 07771 876319 if anything is unclear.
Full tank out, full tank back
All vans are hired out with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.
If the van is returned with less than a full tank, you will be charged £2.50 per litre for the fuel used. This charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Return on time — or extend your insurance
Vehicles must be brought back in their allotted time. If you return the vehicle late without extending your insurance, you will not be insured, and we will have to report the matter.
The vehicle is charged at £20 per hour over your allotted time. This charge will be deducted from your deposit.
Running late or need more time?
You can request more time and extend your insurance policy. Call us before your return time and we'll sort it out — please don't just keep the van.
Full hire terms are confirmed at the time of booking. By hiring a van from Van Hire Portsmouth you agree to these conditions.
